L’objecte del contracte és donar suport al Servei de Consum de l’Ajuntament de Parets del Vallès mitjançant: - L’atenció jurídica presencial als consumidors/es atenent als canvis normatius en la matèria. - L’elaboració dels informes i documents necessària per a la tramitació de les reclamacions, queixes o denúncies que interposin els consumidors. - Dictàmens jurídics sobre temes de consum com ara: habitatge, hipoteques i altres serveis bancaris, assegurances, clàusules de contractació, serveis postvenda, garanties, subministraments bàsics, etc. - Assistència jurídica a la resta del personal del Servei. - Participació, quan li sigui requerida, en xerrades, jornades i qualsevol acte que organitzi el Servei. - Atendre per correu electrònic i/o telèfon consultes urgents per part del Servei de Consum fora de l’horari presencial.
