Dans le cadre du Programme d'Action de Prévention des Inondation (PAPI) du territoire de Cap Excellence, à travers son axe 1, la Communauté d'Agglomération s'engage dans des actions visant l'amélioration de la connaissance et de la conscience du risque. Ainsi, le développement de la conscience du risque et de la responsabilité individuelle constitue un axe majeur du PAPI du territoire de Cap Excellence qui se traduit par l'orientation stratégique n°2 : Rendre le territoire plus résilient face aux risques inondations. Le présent marché vise à déployer l'action n°1-3 « Sensibilisation au risque d'inondation en milieu scolaire » du PAPI du territoire de Cap Excellence.
