The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is transforming the jury process to better meet the needs of jurors, court operational staff and the wider justice system. As part of this transformation programme, SCTS wishes to develop and deliver a media campaign to raise awareness of jury service and communicate the improvements being implemented through the Jury Transformation Project. SCTS required a specialist marketing agency to develop campaign materials and associated assets for use across a range of media channels. Award made by direct award under the Scottish Government SP-21-017 Framework Agreement (Lot 2) in accordance with the framework terms and call-off procedure (SC Ref:841318)
