Dies wird beim Punkt «Ort der Leistungserbringung» besser spezifiziert. Art des Verfahrens Der Dienstleistungsauftrag wird im offenen Verfahren nach GATT/WTO bzw. Art. 18 IVöB 2019, IVöBG und IVöBV ausgeschrieben. Das Verfahren richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen des Staatsvertrages.
