Die Stadt Chur verfolgt das Ziel, ihre Verwaltungsstandorte bedarfsgerecht, wirtschaftlich und zukunftsfähig weiterzuentwickeln. Moderne Büroarbeitswelten sollen die Zusammenarbeit fördern, unterschiedliche Arbeitsformen unterstützen und den Mitarbeitenden eine zeitgemässe Arbeitsumgebung bieten. Gleichzeitig sind die Anforderungen an Flexibilität, Flächeneffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Nutzerorientierung in den vergangenen Jahren stetig gestiegen.Die Planung und Weiterentwicklung von Büroarbeitswelten umfasst sowohl planerische und konzeptionelle Aufgaben als auch die Umsetzung damit verbundener Umzüge, Rochaden und Arbeitsplatzveränderungen. Hierfür sind unterschiedliche fachliche Kompetenzen und eine koordinierte Zusammenarbeit zwischen Planung und operativer Umsetzung erforderlich. Für die Bearbeitung entsprechender Vorhaben beabsichtigt die Stadt Chur deshalb, geeignete externe Dienstleistungspartner für die Arbeitsplatzplanung sowie die operative Durchführung von Umzügen zu beauftragen. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung werden Rahmenverträge für Planungs- und Umzugsleistungen für Büroarbeitswelten ausgeschrieben. Dadurch soll sichergestellt werden, dass die Stadt Chur bei zukünftigen Projekten bedarfsgerecht auf qualifizierte Fachpartner zurückgreifen und Projekte effizient, einheitlich und qualitätsgesichert planen und umsetzen kann. Dieses Los umfasst Planungs-, Beratungs-, Konzeptions- und Koordinationsleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Büroarbeitswelten. Dazu gehören insbesondere Arbeitsplatz- und Flächenplanungen, Möblierungs- und Nutzungskonzepte sowie die Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Umzügen, Rochaden und Arbeitsplatzveränderungen.; Dieses Los umfasst die operative Durchführung von Umzügen, Rochaden und Arbeitsplatzveränderungen. Dazu gehören insbesondere Transportleistungen, die Demontage und Montage von Mobiliar, die Verschiebung und Positionierung von Mobiliar und weiteren Umzugsgütern sowie damit verbundene operative Leistungen.
