Description

Die BLS Netz AG benötigt für ihr gesamtes Netz (exkl. Strecke Lengnau - Moutier) Partner, welche den geplanten und den ungeplanten Ersatzverkehr im Falle von Baustellen oder Störungen an der Infrastruktur oder an den Zügen ausführen. Mit der vorliegenden Beschaffung sucht die BLS Vertragspartner, welche im Bereich Ersatzverkehr folgende Leistungen erbringen: * Organisation der Einsätze vor und nach der Ersatzleistung * Organisation der Einsätze während der Ersatzleistung * Bereitstellung der benötigten Fahrzeuge * Bereitstellung von Fahrpersonal, Busmanager vor Ort, Verkehrslenker und Kundenlenker * Aufbereitung der Fahrpläne in den Planungssystemen der Busunternehmungen sowie Lieferung der Soll- und Echtzeitfahrplandaten über die festgelegten Systeme und Plattformen zur Erbringung der Kundeninformation. * Druck und Aushang der Ersatzfahrpläne an allen betroffenen Haltestellen, Unterhalt der Haltestellenausrüstung in Besitz der BLS Netz AG.
