Description

Für diese Ausschreibung wird eine Anbieterin gesucht, die über Nacht Standorte schweizweit beliefert. Aktuell müssen 16 Fahrzeuge und 5 Standorte für Hin- und Retoursendungen über Nacht beliefert und Retouren aus den Fahrzeugen wie auch Standorten heraus am anderen Tag sichergestellt (Zug um Zug) werden. Ebenso wird es im weiteren Verlauf der Leistungserbringung ca. 1 - 2 Europaletten pro Woche geben (ca. 1 hin / 1 zurück), welche zwischen Standorten ausgetauscht werden müssen. Damit die Supporterfahrzeuge immer voll ausgerüstet sind, holen die Field Supporter im Raum Bern das nötige Material selbstständig am Standort ab. Für alle Aussenstandorte liefert der Bereich SEB des BIT-DO bzw. der Bereich TLO des BIT-DP die benötigte Hardware via externem Nachtbelieferer direkt in die Fahrzeuge der Field Supporter, nimmt Verpackungsmaterial zur Entsorgung mit und stellt die Retouren sicher (Ware unter Garantie, Ware zur Entsorgung).
