Description
Mit dieser Ausschreibung evaluiert die Stadt Zürich, vertreten durch die Dienstabteilung Organisation und Informatik (OIZ), nachfolgend Auftraggeberin genannt, einen Systemintegrator für zeitgemässe Contact Center- und Vermittlerlösungen auf Basis der derzeit bei OIZ genutzten Microsoft Teams Telefonie. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, einen Vertrag mit einer Laufzeit von fünf Jahren abzuschliessen, mit einer einseitigen Option auf Verlängerung um weitere zwei Jahre.
