Cleaning services are being procured for the Cantonal School Rychenberg (KRW) in Winterthur, Switzerland. From 2027 to 2032 extensive construction and renovation works will take place on the school site while operations continue. The works are carried out in stages and lead during the various construction phases to temporary relocations, rochades (changes in area and use) and the use of temporary buildings and alternative locations. The resulting operational adjustments must be taken into account when delivering the services. The current detailed schedule and stage programme is set out in Annex_02_Diverse information (including enclosures). Changes to timing are reserved.
