Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung von IWB in strategischen wie auch operativen Rollen. Externe Fachpersonen sollen bei Bedarf eingesetzt werden, um die internen Ressourcen gezielt zu ergänzen. Dabei handelt es sich um folgende Rollen, welche in 4 Lose aufgeteilt werden: Los 1: Projekt-, Business- & Prozessberatung - ICT Projektleiter - Business Analyst - Scrum Master / Agile Coach Los 2: Transformation - Transformationsmanager - Workshop-Leitung / Moderation Los 3: Strategische ICT Beratung auf Ebene «Oberes Management» - Managing Partner - Associate Partner Los 4 Testmanagement - Testmanager Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung von IWB in strategischen wie auch operativen Rollen. Externe Fachpersonen sollen bei Bedarf eingesetzt werden, um die internen Ressourcen gezielt zu ergänzen. Für das Los 2 handelt es sich um folgende Rollen: - Transformationsmanager - Workshop-Leitung / Moderation Die Kernaufgaben sowie Anforderungen an die Rollen sind im Lastenheft unter Ziffer 1.4 beschrieben.
