Bereitstellung einer E-Services Plattform im «Software as Service» (SaaS) Betriebsmodell im Zeitraum von 2027 bis 2031, mit optionaler Verlängerung um maximal 10 Jahre. Ab 1.1.2026 Projektdienstleistungen für die Konzeption, Konfiguration und Einführung der SaaS-Lösung für drei Pilotgemeinden, ab 1.1.2027 Dienstleistungen für den Rollout und Betrieb für weitere Gemeinden und Städte des Kantons Zürich.
