Description

Die HLKS-Anlage aus dem Jahre 1983 (ehemals Post) haben ihr Lebensende erreicht. Weitere Anlagen aus der Bauzeit der Umnutzung zur UNI aus dem Jahre 2008 zeigen Abnützungserscheinungen. Wesentliche Teile der Gebäudeautomation wie Controller, Hard- und Software sind abgekündigt. Für die alten Anlagen 1983 und die abgekündigten GA-Komponenten sind keine Ersatzteile mehr verfügbar. Der Zustand der Anlagen wurde detailliert aufgenommen. Die Erneuerung der Anlagen ist mit Energieeffizienzzielen verbunden. Der Aufwand für die Wartung soll deutlich reduzieret werden. Für die Ertüchtigung der über 24 Lüftungsanlagen (Modernisierung) sowie der Teil- oder Gesamtersatz der Gebäudeautomation soll im Jahr 2027 erfolgen. Dazu werden Anbieter gesucht, die in der Lage sind, den Retrofit der Anlagen zu planen und unter Betrieb (UNI-Betrieb) zu realisieren. Als Anbieter kommen auch Arbeitsgemeinschaften in Frage. Die bisher mit den Aufnahmen und der Projektvorbereitung befassten Anbieter werden zum Bieterverfahren zugelassen. Sämtliche Grundlagen werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausschreibung wird von neutraler Stelle aufbereitet. Die Teilnahme an einer Anlagebesichtigung am 03.07.2026 wird vorausgesetzt.
