Description

Die zentrale Engineering-Datenbank für Leit- und Störmeldesystem Schweiz (LSS-CH) wurde 2008 spezifisch für die Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen (SBB) entwickelt. Dies beinhaltete europaweit die erste Datenbank, die ein herstellerunabhängiges und durchgängiges Engineering (Service und Automationsstationen) ermöglichte. Die inzwischen 17-jährige Datenbank sowie auch weitere Applikationen des Leitsystems sind softwaretechnisch veraltet und können den neuen Bedarfsanforderungen (wie z.B. Building Information Modeling (BIM), Cloud) nicht mehr gerecht werden. Daher beabsichtigt das Projekt "New Automation" die Neuentwicklung des Leit- und Störmeldesystems. Die SBB AG beabsichtigt für das Projekt «New Automation» drei unabhängige Teile zu beschaffen. Um den Anbietermarkt nicht massiv einzuschränken sowie um wirtschaftliche Angebote zu ermöglichen, werden die drei Teile in einzelnen Losen am Markt beschafft. In der Ausschreibung sollen 3 Lose ausgeschrieben werden, welche einzeln bewertet und vergeben werden. Es handelt sich dabei um folgende Lose: Los 1: Konfigurationsdatenbank Los 2: Standardsoftware für SPS Los 3: Kommunikationsbus Je Los wird ein Werkvertrag für die Erstellung und ein Supportvertrag über die ganze Lebensdauer des Werkes vergeben, welcher nach der Schlussabnahme des Werkes abgeschlossen werden soll.
