Das Mandat der externen Projektleitung (Bauherrenvertretung) umfasst die Unterstützung und Beratung der Gemeinde Ingenbohl im Rahmen des Projekts «Entwicklung Alterszentrum Heideweg». Die externe Projektleitung agiert als verlängerter Arm der Bauherrschaft, um Projekte strategisch und operativ zu steuern. Sie sichert Qualität, Termine und Kosten, koordiniert Planer sowie Unternehmer und vertritt die Bauherreninteressen gegenüber Dritten. Der Auftrag umfasst vorerst nur die ersten drei Projektphasen (Herbst 2026 bis ca. Mitte 2028). Für die weiteren Phasen (2028 bis zum Projektabschluss ca. 2033) bleibt die Vergabe eines Folgeauftrags an den Mandatsinhaber im freihändigen Verfahren (gestützt auf Art. 21 Abs. 2 lit. e und i IVöB) vorbehalten. Ziel ist, dass die externe Projektleitung das Projekt in allen Phasen bis zur Inbetriebnahme begleitet.
