armasuisse Immobilien, Baumanagement Zentral (deutschsprachiger Raum), beabsichtigt mittels Rahmenverträgen, losweise, mehrere Generalplaner für Bauprojekte der Region Zentral (Instandsetzungs- und Mieterbedürfnisse) zu beauftragten. Der Beauftragte erbringt Planerleistungen gemäss SIA LM 112 bzw. fachspezifischen SIA LHO. Die Leistungen der Gesamtleitung gemäss SIA LHO 102/103 Art. 3.4/4.2 sind ebenfalls zu erbringen. Je nach Projektumfang umfasst der Auftrag: Teilphase 21/22: Machbarkeitsstudie/Projektpflichtenheft Teilphase 31: Vorprojekt Teilphase 32: Bauprojekt Teilphase 33: Militärisches Plangenehmigungsverfahren (Bewilligungsverfahren) Teilphase 41: Ausschreibung Teilphase 51: Ausführungsplanung Teilphase 52: Realisierung Teilphase 53: Inbetriebnahme / Abschluss / Dokumentation armasuisse Immobilien, Baumanagement Zentral (deutschsprachiger Raum), beabsichtigt mittels Rahmenverträgen zwei Generalplaner für Bauprojekte im Kanton Aargau (Instandsetzungs- und Mieterbedürfnisse) zu beauftragten.
