armasuisse Immobilien, Baumanagement Ost, beabsichtigt mittels Rahmenverträgen, losweise, mehrere Generalplaner für Bauprojekte der Region Ost (Instandsetzungs- und Mieterbedürfnisse) zu beauftragten. Der Beauftragte erbringt Planerleistungen gemäss SIA LM 112 bzw. fachspezifischen SIA LHO. Je nach Projektumfang umfasst der Auftrag: Teilphase 21/22: Machbarkeitsstudie/Projektpflichtenheft Teilphase 31: Vorprojekt Teilphase 32: Bauprojekt Teilphase 33: Militärisches Plangenehmigungsverfahren (Bewilligungsverfahren) Teilphase 41: Ausschreibung Teilphase 51: Ausführungsplanung Teilphase 52: Realisierung Teilphase 53: Inbetriebnahme / Abschluss / Dokumentation armasuisse Immobilien, Baumanagement Ost, beabsichtigt mittels Rahmenverträgen zwei Generalplaner-Teams für Bauprojekte (Instandsetzungs- und Mieterbedürfnisse) im Kanton Graubünden (deutschsprachiger Raum) zu beauftragten. Der Beauftragte erbringt Planerleistungen gemäss SIA LM 112 bzw. fachspezifischen SIA LHO. Je nach Projektumfang umfasst der Auftrag: Teilphase 21/22: Machbarkeitsstudie/Projektpflichtenheft Teilphase 31: Vorprojekt Teilphase 32: Bauprojekt Teilphase 33: Militärisches Plangenehmigungsverfahren (Bewilligungsverfahren) Teilphase 41: Ausschreibung Teilphase 51: Ausführungsplanung Teilphase 52: Realisierung Teilphase 53: Inbetriebnahme / Abschluss / Dokumentation Das jährliche Stundenbudget für das Los 4 beträgt insgesamt rund 3'000 Stunden.
