Description

Das Strandbadgebäude der Gemeinde Meilen stammt in der heutigen Form aus dem Jahr 1936. In der vorliegenden Beschaffung in Form eines Planerwahlverfahrens für ein leistungsstarkes Architekturbüros mit Gesamtleitung und Baumanagement geht es im Rahmen des Projekts um die Umstrukturierung des Grundrisses, einschliesslich der Gastroküche, der Garderoben, der Nasszellen sowie des neuen Gastro-Innenbereichs. Sämtliche Massnahmen sind mit höchster Sorgfalt und stets unter Berücksichtigung des Erhalts der wertvollen Bausubstanz auszuführen.
