The Building Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, acting on behalf of the Real Estate Office, invites tenders for general planning services (condition analysis, project development, tendering, realisation) as a framework agreement based on SIA 102, 103 and 108. The contract covers projects in the financial assets property portfolio over the next five years, mainly maintenance of residential and commercial buildings. One or two planning offices with architectural, construction and building technology competence and the capacity to handle about ten simultaneous projects are sought.
