Description

Gegenstand und Umfang dieser Ausschreibung sind Architektur- und Planungsleistungen im Rahmen eines Rahmenvertrags zur Unterstützung der Liegenschaften Stadt Zürich (LSZ) bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Instandsetzungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekten. Die Ausschreibung umfasst zwei Lose: * Für Los 1 - Instandsetzung sind vier Rahmenvertragspartner vorgesehen. * Für Los 2 - Instandhaltung sind zwei Rahmenvertragspartner vorgesehen Die Leistungen werden projektbezogen über Einzelbeauftragungen abgerufen. Abschluss von vier Rahmenverträgen zur Unterstützung der Liegenschaften Stadt Zürich (LSZ) bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsprojekten im Gebäudebestand.
