Description

Es geht um Auswahl-Assessments für Top-Kader und Kader sowie um Entwicklungs-Assessments. Im Durchschnitt wurden in den letzten 4 Jahren pro Jahr aufgerundet 2 Assessments im Top-Kader-Bereich und aufgerundet 9 Assessments im Bereich Kader-Auswahl und Entwicklung durchgeführt. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Konzeption, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung dieser Einzel-Assessments in Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch sowie die Auswertung der Tests und Verfahren, das Verfassen des Assessment-Berichtes in der jeweiligen Muttersprache der Kandidaten (D, F, I) und das abschliessende Feedbackgespräch mit Linie, HRM SECO und Kandidat/in. Die Assessments müssen in Bezug auf Geschlecht und kulturelle Unterschiede diskriminierungsfrei sein und basieren auf dem Kompetenzmodell der BV.
