Description

Durchführung der Sammlung von Grüngut (mit Speiseresten gekocht) aus Haushalten im Gemeindegebiet Obersiggenthal und die Verwertung des gesammelten Grünguts. Der Verwertungsort ist frei wählbar muss jedoch in einer Vergärungsanlage stattfinden. Die Grüngutsammlungen müssen mit einem Kehrichtpressfahrzeug (Hecklader), welches über eine Kammschüttung verfügt, durchgeführt werden. Aktuell wird in der Gemeinde Obersiggenthal das Abfallreglement überarbeitet. Das Reglement beinhaltet die Grüngutentsorgung nach Gewicht (Gewichtsystem) und nach Volumen (Vignettensystem). Mit der Behandlung des neuen Abfallreglements im Gemeinde- und im Einwohnerrat wird im Juni entschieden (Projektphase A), für welches System (Vignetten- oder Gewichtsystem) die Anbieter ein Angebot einreichen müssen. Die Mitteilung ist für den 15. Juni vorgesehen und wird via simap versendet. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt ist klar, für welches System die Anbieter ein Angebot einreichen müssen (Projektphase B). Daher beinhaltet die vorliegende Submission zwei Pflichtenhefter und Beilagen für beide Systeme. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung ersetzt das vorangekündigte Projekt #19454, welches aus technischen Gründen gelöscht werden musste.
