Description

Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung erteilt die Stadt Wallisellen die Konzession für die Realisierung und den Betrieb von Ladestationen auf öffentlich zugänglichen Parkplätzen. Für die bereits definierten Standorte (siehe Dokument D «Beschreibung und Spezifikationen der Standorte») realisiert die Stadt Wallisellen die Basisinfrastruktur und die Netzerschliessung (Ausbaustufe C2 gemäss SIA 2060). Die Beschaffung und Installation der Ladestationen (Ausbaustufe D gemäss SIA 2060) sowie der gesamte Betrieb werden von der Konzessionsnehmerin übernommen. Installation und Betrieb (Wartung, Abrechnung, Kundendienst, Kundenidentifikation usw.) sind von den Anbietenden als Gesamtleistung aus einer Hand anzubieten. Für die Ausführung der Arbeiten dürfen die Anbietenden Subunternehmen beiziehen. Für die Belegung der Parkplätze sowie die Nutzung der von der Stadt Wallisellen finanzierten Basisinfrastruktur und Netzerschliessung entrichten die Anbietenden der Stadt Wallisellen einen Konzessionszuschlag und eine jährliche Standortmiete.
