A Swiss public tender is seeking contractors for masonry, demolition and excavation works as part of the complete renovation of the VS Stoeckacker building complex. Works include site setup and crane rental with staged construction phases, demolition of ceiling claddings, carpentry elements and wet areas, removal and storage of existing clinker flooring, excavation for a new gymnasium access and for drainage adjustments, separation of the combined sewer system outside the building including trench backfilling, and concrete diaphragms for seismic strengthening. Equivalent alternative products are permitted.
