Für die Arbeiten an Netzanschlüssen im Versorgungsgebiet von ewb werden Fremdschlüssel für den Zugang zu Liegenschaften und Räumen benötigt. Das Management der Schlüssel während der Projektphase ist aufwändig, da unterschiedlichste interne und externe Personen zum Teil über einen längeren Zeitraum Zutritt zu den Liegenschaften und in Betriebsräume benötigen. Das Vertrauen von Liegenschaftseigentümerinnen und -eigentümern gegenüber der aktuellen Lösung ist gering. In vielen Fällen werden mechanische Schlüsseltresore mit Zahlencode im Eingangsbereich der Liegenschaften montiert und Schlüssel dort deponiert. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wer Schlüssel bezieht und über welchen Zeitraum und wie mit der Vertraulichkeit der Codes umgegangen wird. Zur Verbesserung der Abläufe und Schaffung von Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Vertrauen der Liegenschaftseigentümerinnen in die Arbeitsweise von ewb sollen der Prozess und die bereitgestellten Hilfsmittel zur Schlüsselbewirtschaftung optimiert werden. ewb will ein marktgängiges Schlüsseldepotsystem als Standardlösung, bestehend aus Hardware (Depotkasten), Software (Verwaltung) und Dienstleistungen (Schulung, Support) beschaffen. Gesucht wird ein versierter und zuverlässiger Partner für die Lieferung der System-Komponenten, die Implementierung sowie für den 2nd- und 3rd- Levelsupport, die Wartung, den Betrieb und Ersatzteillieferung.
