Im Rahmen der Erweiterung der Schulanlage Gutenbrunnen in 8862 Schübelbach umfasst der Auftrag die Ausführung der Photovoltaikanlage auf den Dachflächen der beiden Gebäude einschliesslich sämtlicher für einen vollständigen und betriebsbereiten Betrieb erforderlichen Komponenten und Installationen. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Planung, Lieferung, Montage, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der kompletten Photovoltaikanlage. Dazu gehören insbesondere die PV-Module, Unterkonstruktionen und Befestigungssysteme, die DC-Verkabelung, Wechselrichter, Schutz- und Schaltkomponenten sowie sämtliche erforderlichen Anschluss- und Verbindungselemente. Ebenfalls umfasst sind die fachgerechte Einbindung der PV-Anlage in die elektrische Gebäudeinstallation, die erforderlichen Mess-, Schutz- und Überwachungseinrichtungen sowie sämtliche notwendigen Beschriftungen, Prüfungen, Messungen und Dokumentationen. Die Anlage ist vollständig zu prüfen, in Betrieb zu nehmen und betriebsbereit an die Bauherrschaft zu übergeben. Die Ausführung der PV-Anlage ist mit den angrenzenden Gewerken, insbesondere den Spengler-, Bedachungs-, Blitzschutz- und Elektroarbeiten, zu koordinieren und abzustimmen. Dabei sind sämtliche Schnittstellen sowie die Anforderungen an Dachabdichtung, Befestigung, Potentialausgleich und Blitzschutz zu berücksichtigen. Sämtliche Leistungen erfolgen während des laufenden Bauablaufs und sind entsprechend dem Bauprogramm sowie den Vorgaben der Bauleitung zu koordinieren.
