Description

Ersatzneubau der Aarebrücken Solothurn Die zwei Einspurbrücken aus Stahl über die Aare zwischen den Bahnhöfen Solothurn und Solothurn West werden ersetzt. Der neue ca. 95m lange, doppelspurige Überbau besteht aus zwei seitlichen Blechträgern, welche zusammen mit dem dünnen UHFB-Schottertrog im Verbund wirken. Der bestehende ca. 10m lange Überbau der Unterführung Römerstrasse wird mit einer Stahl-Beton-Verbundkonstruktion ersetzt. Die bestehenden Unterbauten werden wiederverwendet und verstärkt. Der Verschub wird in einer verlängerten Wochenendsperrung von 100h realisiert. Die Arbeiten umfassen folgende Fachbereiche -Baumeisterarbeiten / allgemeiner Tiefbau * Installation, Vorbereitungsarbeiten * Diverse Gerüstarbeiten / Stege / Hilfsplattformen gem. Vorschlag UN * Sanierung Natursteinmauerwerk Pfeiler und Widerlager * Rückbau von best. zwei Aarebrücken (Stahlbrücken mit offener Fahrbahn) und der Unterführung Römerstrasse (2 WIB-Brücken) * Diverse Stahlbetonarbeiten bei den Unterbauten * Erstellung UHFB-Schottertrog (inkl. Vorfertigung) * Belagsarbeiten und Werkleitungen / Entwässerung -Stahlbau * Stahlhilfsjoche im Fluss für Vormontage und Verschub * Herstellung und Montage einer Stahlbrücke über dem Fluss * Korrosionsschutz in Etappen (im Werk und über Fluss) * -Kranarbeiten, Spezialtransporte, Verschubarbeiten * Pneukranarbeiten für das Ausheben der WIB-Brücken, Versetzen von Fertigteilen und weiterer Rückbauten * SPMT für das Verschieben / Anheben der vorgefertigten UF Römerstrasse * Verschub der zwei bestehenden Brücken und der neuen Brücke * Diverse Pressarbeiten bei allen Brücken, inkl. prov. Lager * Beihilfe bei Gleiskraneinsatz * Raupenkranarbeiten für das Einheben der neuen Stahlträger * -Wasserbau / Spezialtiefbau * Installationen (z.B. Ponton-Anlegestelle), Vorbereitungsarbeiten * Wasserbau inkl. Arbeiten mit Pontons * Kolkschutz * Stahlrammpfähle im Fluss * Mikropfahlarbeiten im Fluss * Ungespannte Anker (Nägel) und vorgespannte Litzenanker * Pontonarbeiten inkl. Anheben von best. Brücken nach Verschub für Abtransport
