Nepriėmus teigiamo sprendimo dėl pirkimo finansavimo, Perkantysis subjektas pasiliko teisę nesudaryti Sutarties ir nutraukti Pirkimą. Perkantysis subjektas neatsako už Tiekėjų patirtus nuostolius, susijusius su pirkimo sutarties nesudarymu dėl aukščiau nurodytos priežasties.
