Riigihanke esemeks on Saue vallas Saue linnas Tõkke tn 2 kinnistul asuvale avalikule haljasalale pumptracki ehitusprojekti koostamine ja ehitustööde tegemine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Tööde alustamise aeg on esimesel võimalusel peale hankelepingu sõlmimist ning ehitustöö valmimise ja tellijale üleandmise tähtaeg on 30.11.2026. Hanketeates toodud hankelepingu kestus (alguse ja lõpu aeg) on eeldatav periood, mis hõlmab lisaks ehitustööde valmimise tähajale ka arve tasumise tähtaega, kuid leping kehtib tegelikult kuni kõigi lepinguliste põhikohustuste täitmiseni poolte poolt (sh võimalike vaegtööde likvideerimise periood).
