Sanitätsdienstliche Absicherung Landesgartenschau Aue-Bad Schlema gGmbH vom 24.04. bis 03.10.2027 Für den Zeitraum der 10. Sächsischen Landesgartenschau von 163 Tagen, wird eine Gesamtbesucherzahl etwa 400.000 Personen erwartet. Wochentags wird mit 500 - 1.500 Personen/Tag und an Wochenenden bzw. Feiertagen, bei guter Witterung, mit 4.000 - 6.000 Personen/Tag gerechnet. Wobei sichan den besucherstarken Tagen i.d.R. ca. 2.000 bis 3.000Personen gleichzeitig auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände aufhalten. Die sanitätsdienstliche Routineabsicherung ist kalendertägliche von 10.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr an 163 Tagen, auch an Wochenend- und Feiertagen mit mindestens 2 Sanitätern zu erbringen. Bei Bedarf sind die Anwesenheitszeiten in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung der Landesgartenschau gGmbH an die Notwendigkeit anzupassen. Die Abrechnung erfolgt auf Nachweis der tatsächlichen Einsatzstunden.Optional ist der Sanitätsdienst an ca. 60 Tagen (insbesondere Wochenende/Feiertage) ggf. auch stundenweise mit je 1 - 2 zusätzlichen Sanitätern/Sanitätshelfern zu verstärken.
