Renovation of residential complex Roter Hof 3, 2000 Stockerau

Works concern the thermal renovation of an entire residential building in Stockerau. The building envelope will be insulated in line with building physics requirements: facade insulation, insulation of the ceiling above the basement and of the top-floor ceiling. The existing roof structure will be dismantled up to the load-bearing rafters and rebuilt or reinforced where structurally required. The basement floor will be lowered by 16 cm due to low ceiling height. Windows and exterior doors will be replaced. Stairwell window parapets will be raised on half-landings, one window enlarged and an RWA smoke extraction system installed. In the inner courtyard, a stairwell with a barrier-free lift will be built per entrance, and parking areas rearranged and extended.
