Complete thermal renovation of a residential building in Stockerau. The building envelope will be insulated in line with building physics requirements: facade insulation, insulation of the ceiling above the basement and of the top-floor ceiling. The existing roof structure will be dismantled up to the load-bearing rafters and renewed or reinforced as structurally required. The basement floor will be lowered by 16 cm due to low headroom. Windows and exterior doors will be replaced. Staircase window parapets on the half landings will be raised, reducing the windows, while the top half-landing window will be enlarged and a smoke and heat exhaust system installed. New staircases with barrier-free lifts will be built per entrance in the east-facing courtyard, and parking areas rearranged and extended.
