The works comprise thermal insulation and weather protection of the digester top and gas dome of the old digester tower (1,260 m3, built 1969) and of the new digester tower (3,100 m3, built 1978), as well as insulation of the external walkway area between the old and the new digester tower. The works take place at the wastewater treatment plant of the RHV Ried association. The execution period is calendar weeks 31 to 32, meaning the works must be carried out within a short two-week window during summer.
