Refurbishment of the old digester, BL05, condition survey of the existing digester

The buyer plans to refurbish the old digester at the wastewater treatment plant of the RHV Ried association. The digester has a volume of 1260 m3, dates from 1969, and is built in a classic European form with truncated cone sections at the top and bottom and a cylindrical reinforced concrete section in between, with interior coating. As a basis for the tendering of the refurbishment works, a survey of the existing structure and an assessment of its condition are now being procured. The works are to be carried out in calendar week 16.
