The works involve renovating the existing heating system of a residential complex. The plant comprises a main centre with gas and pellet boilers, including pellet storage and pellet conveying, plus three downstream sub-centres supplying heat to the property. The scope covers dismantling the existing components in the four centres as well as the delivery, installation and commissioning of new gas and pellet boiler systems, including the necessary adaptations to the pellet infrastructure, heat distribution, pressure maintenance and central plant components. The system supplies a total of 246 residential units, 8 commercial units and 13 office units.
