Manchester City Council seeks a provider of Safety and Support Services across its portfolio of temporary accommodation for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The services include maintaining safe and secure environments, supporting resident wellbeing, managing risks, responding to incidents and emergencies, stabilising sites and contributing to day-to-day operation of the accommodation. Residents may have experienced trauma, poor mental health, substance use, domestic abuse or housing instability, so a flexible, sensitive and supportive approach is required. The scope covers the Council's temporary accommodation services across Manchester.
