Description

Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst den denkmalschutzgerechten Rückbau der aus Sandsteinquadern bestehenden Fassadenverkleidung an den Hubtürmen der Teglinger Schleuse in Meppen. Die Maßnahme ist in 3 Losen unterteilt. LOS 1: Gerüstbau Herstellen eines flächenorientierten Standgerüstes mit längenorientierten Gerüstlagen, welches in Funktion eines Schutzgerüstes als auch als Arbeitsgerüst eingesetzt werden kann, Lastklasse 4, zulässige Belastung 3kN/m². Insgesamt sind 2 Hubtürme in den Abmaßen von jeweils 6,12 m x 5,80 m auf 15,00 m Höhe einzurüsten. LOS 2: Rückbau der Sandsteinfassade Fachgerechte Aufnahme, Kennzeichnung und Lagerung der Sandstein - Fassadensteine. Die Fassade soll in einem ersten Schritt denkmalschutzgerecht abgebaut und seitlich gelagert werden, die Steine sind zu Kennzeichen und es ist ein Verlgeplan zu erstellen, um zu einem spätern Zeitpunkt die Fassade wieder aufbauen zu können. LOS 3: Verkehrsführung Das Los 3 beinhaltet die verkehrssichernden Maßnahmen inklusive alle erforderlichen Absperrvorrichtungen, Verkehrszeichen und Plantafeln welche während der Gesamtbaumaßnahme benötigt werden
