R&RM Identity Fraud Prevention and FPC Delivery Support

HM Revenue and Customs has awarded a contract for specialist professional services to support its Record and Registration Management (R&RM) programme. The services include business analysis, service and enterprise design, agile delivery leadership, cyber and identity fraud prevention expertise, and governance support. The work helps embed identity fraud controls and security requirements into transformation programmes and supports the development of sustainable in-house capability. The contract was awarded to Ernst & Young LLP on 4 September 2026 for EUR 23,284,513.47. The awarded price is the same as the estimated value, within 1%. The deadline for bids was 31 August 2026.
