Транспортування Товару до Покупця та вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи здійснюється власними силами Продавця та за його (Продавця) рахунок. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів Покупцем з його поточного рахунку на поточний рахунок Продавця згідно наданого рахунку та видаткової накладної протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня отримання товару. У разі затримки фінансування Покупця розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється Покупцем протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем фінансування на здійснення закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок.
