Achizitionarea de vopsele si diluanti este solicitata pentru a asigura executarea lucrarilor de intretinere a instalatiilor tehnologice, pentru acoperirea peretilor in beton a bazinelor de apa, a decantoarelor si filtrelor din beton din dotarea statiei de tratare a apei, precum si a turnurilor de racire a apei din statiile de comprimare gaze. Produsele trebuie sa poata fi folosite atat ca strat final in sisteme de protectie a suprafetelor de beton si otel (inclusiv pardoseli), atat in conditii de interior, cat si in conditii de exterior, destinate exploatarii in medii agresive (factori chimici, umiditate mare, trafic etc.), cat si la vopsirea structurilor metalice din cadrul Sectiilor de Productie si Sectiilor de Comprimare. Lucrarile de intretinere trebuie executate annual in scopul exploatarii in siguranta a instalatiilor si agregatelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare, conform art.173 din Legea 99/2017. Răspunsul entităţii contractante la aceste solicitări va fi transmis cu 11 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul limita stabilit pentru adresarea solicitarilor de clarificari catre entitatea contractanta este de 14 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Solicitările de clarificări trebuie transmise în SICAP. In perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru se vor incheia 4 contracte subsecvente, contracte cu durata maxima de 12 luni, in functie de necesitatea celor doua Sucursale. Cantitati minime si maxime aferente unui contract subsecvent: min. 10.120 kg, max. 34.275 kg - vopsele min. 2.510 litri, max. 7.470 litri - diluanti Detalierea cantitatilor minime si maxime se regaseste in anexa la Caietul de sarcini.
