Implementarea la scară bazinală a unor astfel de secțiuni de intervenție, va conduce la beneficii incontestabile atât pentru factorii de mediu cât și pentru dezvoltarea socio-economică a zonelor vizate, va conduce inclusiv la întărirea legăturilor de cooperare transfrontalieră, buna protejare a valorilor naturale ale zonei asociate cursurilor de apă (dezvoltare durabilă). Prin implementarea acestui obiectiv se urmareste cresterea cantitativa si calitativa a productivitatii in desfasurarea activitati de intretinere a cursurilor de apa. Produsele oferite trebuie sa fie in conformitate cu cerintele tehnice prevazute in proiectul tehnic si caietul de sarcini, respectiv să fie noi și nefolosite. Având în vedere specificul activității de gospodărire a apelor, prin achiziționarea acestor echipamente, se vor imbunatati si optimiza considerabil activitatile de intretinere, exploatare și mentenanță a sistemelor hidrotehnice operative achiziționate în cadrul proiectului susmenționat, respectiv echipamentele litter-trap amplasate în cadrul Obiectului 2, „Danube Region Water Lighthouse Innovation Action - râul Barcău, la Hodoș”, respectiv Obiectului 3, „Danube Region Water Lighthouse Innovation Action - râul Crișul negru, la Zerind”. Achizitia utilajului este necesară in vederea implementării indicatorilor obiectivului de investitie mentionat mai sus. Utilajele sunt cuprins in Proiectul tehnic de executie. Obiectul 2, „Danube Region Water Lighthouse Innovation Action - râul Barcău, la Hodoș” - Utilaj buldoexcavator - 1 buc Obiectul 3, „Danube Region Water Lighthouse Innovation Action - râul Crișul negru, la Zerind” - Utilaj buldoexcavator - 1 buc Dotări suplimentare: Graifer vertical compatibil cu modelul de utilaj buldoexcavator ofertat (ex.: pentru extragerea mai facilă a buștenilor din cursurile de apă) - 2 bucăți (nu va fi ofertat separat, va fi inclus in pretul buldoexcavatorului)
