Obiectul contractului este reprezentat de dezvoltarea de software și aplicații informatice pentru registrul de screening al cancerului de sân si Servicii informatice: gestionarea registrului şi asigurarea suportului operațional prin personal IT dedicat în cadrul Proiectului „Depistare Activă, Responsabilitate, Informație și Acces - DARIA” Cod SMIS 352097 Contract de finanțare nr. 155360 din 29.12.2025. Termenul pentru solicitarea de clarificări: până în a 18-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor; Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice raspuns al autoritatii contractante la solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare primite in conditiile art.160 alin.(1) din lege, se posteaza in SEAP la sectiunea specifica, disponibila in sistemul informatic, semnat cu semnatura electronica extinsa, bazata pe un certificat calificat, eliberat de un furnizor de servicii de certificare acreditat
