Obiectul achiziției îl reprezintă încheierea unui contract sectorial de furnizare „Modernizare sistem benzi bagaje Terminal Plecări”. Descrierea produselor este disponibilă în secțiunea Caiet de sarcini din cadrul prezentei documentații de atribuire. Termenul limită până la care se pot solicita clarificări la Documentația de atribuire: 14 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, solicitările de clarificări vor fi transmise în S.E.A.P. Entitatea contractantă a stabilit două termene limită în care va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare după cum urmează: primul termen - limită este în a 22-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor; al doilea termen - limită este în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. Cele două termene de răspuns la clarificări nu afectează dreptul operatorilor economici de a adresa solicitări de clarificări pe parcursul întregii perioade care se scurge de la momentul publicării Anunțului de Participare și până la termenul limită cu 14 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor stabilită de către Entitatea contractantă. În funcție de complexitatea solicitărilor de clarificare adresate de către operatorii economici, pentru care răspunsurile ar trebui publicate la primul termen indicat mai sus, Entitatea contractantă și-a rezervat dreptul de a publica răspunsurile la clarificări, respectiv la al doilea termen stabilit în Documentația de atribuire.
