Contractul va include operarea centrului de colectare prin aport voluntar a deşeurilor de la persoanele fizice situate în Comuna Giroc, str. Pelinului FN. Valoarea maximă totală estimată a întregului contract este de 3.926.850 lei fara TVA pentru o cantitate totală de aprox. de 1114 tone/an. Valoarea redevenței pe care operatorul o va plăti Comunei Giroc este de 68.823 lei/an, aceasta fiind stabilită ca sumă fixă, calculată similar amortizării bunurilor proprietate publică. Cuantumul redevenţei se va actualiza anual cu indicele de inflaţie comunicat de Institutul Naţional de Statistică.Tariful ofertate nu poate fi mai mare decât tariful maximale de 705 lei/to fără TVA, sub sancțiunea respingerii ofertei ca fiind neconforme .
