Description

Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare, doreste achizitionarea acestor servicii din cauza deficitului major de medici din UPU. Conform normativului impus prin Ordinul Ministerului Sanatatii Nr. 1706 / 2007 privind organizarea si conducerea unitatilor si compartimentelor de primiri urgente numarul de medici necesari pentru UPU-SMURD SJUSM calculat in functie de numarul de prezentari pe an este de 32 de medici, iar noi avem pe statul de functii doar 17 medici. Din acesti 17 medici insa, din diverse motive legate de pregatirea in specialitate, starea de sanatate, sau alte aspecte, lucreaza efectiv doar 12 medici + 1 medic cu competente limitate (1 medici rezident pe post in centru universitar, 1 medic rezident an V Pediatrie in stagiu actual pe sectia de Pediatrie a SJUSM, 2 alte contracte sunt suspendate). Termenul limita in care AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare va fi a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor conform art.160 coraborat cu art.161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor : 20 zile.
