Obiectul procedurii il constituie incheierea unui Acord cadru de: Servicii de mentenanta si asistenta tehnica pentru aplicatia informatica a spitalului pentru Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Mavromati Botosani, pe o perioada de 48 luni. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Servicii de mentenanta si asistenta tehnica pentru aplicatia informatica a spitalului necesare pentru buna functionare a sistemului informatic a Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Mavromati Botosani cat si a sectiilor exterioare ale acestuia, pentru urmatoarele cantitati si valori: Cantitatea minima Acord cadru = 46 luni Cantitatea maxima Acord cadru = 48 luni Cantitatea minima Contract Subsecvent = 1 luna Cantitatea maxima Contract Subsecvent = 9 luni Valoarea minima Acord cadru = 2359800.00 lei Valoarea maxima Acord cadru = 2462400.00 lei Valoarea minima Contract Subsecvent = 51300.00 lei Valoarea maxima Contract Subsecvent = 461700.00 lei
