Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze prin prezenta procedură servicii privind organizare evenimente pentru Finanțarea sectorului transporturilor în viitorul cadru financiar multianual. Viziunea strategică a Ministerului Transporturilor și Infrastructurii Termenul de eveniment va avea înțelesul de totalitatea acțiunilor organizatein perioada 17-19 noiembrie 2026 in municipiul Iași . Pentru organizareaservicii privind organizare evenimente pentru Finanțarea sectorului transporturilor în viitorul cadru financiar multianual. Viziunea strategică a Ministerului Transporturilor și Infrastructurii sunt necesare servicii de organizare evenimente pentru o perioadă de 3zile/2 nopți, în perioada 17-19 noiembrie 2026. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări/ informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
