“Achiziție servicii pachet de training pentru 10 evenimente (cazare, sală de conferinţe, mic dejun, cină)” cod PN 5017, în cadrul Programului de cooperare elveţiano- român (a doua contribuţie) „Consolidarea capacităţii instituţionale în domeniul investigaţiilor financiare şi al ecuperării creanţelor provenite din infracţiuni (FIARS)” , care se efectuează prin procedură proprie a PÎCCJ nr 130/20.06.2025 având în vedere că serviciile ce se vor atribui sunt de natura celor definite în Anexa 2 la Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, respectiv sunt exceptate de la aplicarea prevederilor Legii nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice și ale Hotărârii de Guvern nr. 395/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractului de achiziţie publică/acordului cadru din Legea 98/2016 privind achiziţiile publice
