A) „DELEGARE DE GESTIUNE A SERVICIULUI DE SALUBRIZARE PENTRU ACTIVITATEA DE ELIMINAREA, PRIN DEPOZITARE, A DEŞEURILOR REZIDUALE, LA DEPOZITELE DE DEŞEURI NEPERICULOASE” B) Valoare estimata serviciilor este de este de minim 10.000.722,60 lei fara TVA, respectiv 12.100.874,35 lei cu TVA si de maxium 11.279.376,00 lei fara TVA, respectiv 13.648.044,96 lei cu TVA pe o perioada de 5 ani pentru acordul cadru, iar valoarea contractelor subsecvente este de minim 2.000.144,52 lei, fara TVA, respectiv 2.420.174,87 lei cu TVA pentru 6171 tone pe 1 an, si maxim 2.255.875,20 lei fara TVA, respectiv 2.729.608,90 lei cu TVA pentru 6960 tone pe 1 an C) Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor conform OUG 107/2017 D) Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor:18 A) „DELEGARE DE GESTIUNE A SERVICIULUI DE SALUBRIZARE PENTRU ACTIVITATEA DE ELIMINAREA, PRIN DEPOZITARE, A DEŞEURILOR REZIDUALE, LA DEPOZITELE DE DEŞEURI NEPERICULOASE” B) Valoare estimata serviciilor este de minim 4.000.000,00 lei fara TVA si maxim 4.384.080,00 lei fara TVA pentru intreaga durata a acordului cadru si 2.000.000,00 lei fara TVA si maxim 2.192.040,00 lei lei fara TVA pe an pentru contractul subsecvent anual C) Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 15-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor conform OUG 107/2017 D) Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor:18
