In baza acordului-cadru si a contractelor subsecvente care se vor incheia, vor fi prestate Servicii de cadastru si topografie în cazul documentațiilor cadastrale și intabulării bunurilor imobile (clădiri și terenuri) din domeniul public și privat al Municipiului Timișoara, pentru imobilele proprietatea Statului Român aflate în administrarea/folosința Municipiului Timișoara și/sau a Consiliului Local al Municipiului Timișoara, precum și pentru imobilele (terenuri și/sau construcții) proprietatea Statului Român pentru care instanțele de judecată, prin hotărâri definitive, obligă instituția noastră să întocmească documentațiile topo-cadastrale, cu excepția terenurilor aferente construcțiilor vândute în baza Legii nr. 112/1995, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, conform cerintelor prevazute in Caietul de sarcini si in Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini.
