Acord-cadru având ca obiect Servicii de tipărire a publicațiilor BNR. Prestatorul va presta servicii de tipărire a publicaţiilor BNR, conform specificaţiilor tehnice descrise în caietul de sarcini. Data limita de primire a solicitarilor de clarificari: 18 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare , o singura data, in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, potrivit dispozitiilor art .160 si art.161 din Legea nr 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde doar solicitarilor de clarificari transmise de operatorii economici interesati prin intermediul SEAP, pana la data limita stabilita pentru transmiterea solicitarilor de clarificari. Prestatorul va presta servicii de tipărire a publicaţiilor BNR, conform specificaţiilor tehnice si in cantitatile mentionate în caietul de sarcini.
